Traditional festival Meteni at Kalnciema quarter on February 4

On February 4 from 10AM to 4PM at the Kalnciema quarter market we will celebrate the  annual festival Meteņi!

The merchants of Kalnciema quarter will cook festive food - soup on the fire, "Hogroast" will grill a whole pig on a spit and there will be many more delicious food.

As this holiday is traditionally looked forward to with joy, children and adults are invited to take a ride on the Kalnciema quarter carousel.
