On July 3, we invite you to this summer's first Jazz Evening at Kalnciema Quarter!

All music lovers are welcome – taking the stage will be the band "Aģentūra", Emīls Knubis Trio, and DJ Yalta.

More about the evening's performers:

"Aģentūra" brings together seven talented musicians who play what they love, maintaining both seriousness and a playful approach to music-making. Their compositions blend elements of jazz, fusion, and contemporary music, offering listeners a sense of musical freedom and spontaneity.

Emīls Knubis Trio:

The new-generation jazz saxophonist Emīls Knubis invites you to a concert with his trio, featuring original compositions and free improvisations rooted in jazz tradition. His musical style is shaped by inspiration from jazz icons like Kenny Garrett and Cannonball Adderley.

The trio will be joined on stage by:

Gustavs Vilsons – double bass

Jurģis Lipskis – drums

Come hungry and thirsty – “Vīnu veikals un kafe” will be serving wines from the Marche region of Italy and coffee; a sparkling drinks pop-up bar will be open on the veranda, and dinner will be prepared by long-time favorite street food cafés.

Free entrance starting from 6:00 PM.
